Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Some images are samples or illustrations, and the product page says so. Colours can look different on different screens.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Price, stock and delivery charges are confirmed by us before any order. An item marked out of stock can't be ordered until it's back.
Orders and payment
An order is placed when you pay by bKash or Nagad (or pay the delivery charge for cash on delivery) and submit the Transaction ID. It is confirmed only after we check the payment. Sending an inquiry is not a purchase.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery charges and times, cash on delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are explained on our Delivery, payment and returns page (/delivery-returns), which is part of these terms.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the website, try to break its security, or copy its content and images without permission. The OANRO name and logo belong to OANRO.
